The real estate attorneys at Pilgrim Title regularly serve as special title counsel to commercial real estate attorneys, builders, and developers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in connection with complex, commercial real estate transactions. We assist other attorneys from the due diligence phase of the transaction through the closing. We perform title searches on complicated titles, analyze title abstracts, resolve complex title problems and underwrite the title insurance. We serve as a team member with developers and builders working with surveyors, engineers and legal counsel toward a successful closing.
